Cancellation Policy
24 hours prior notice is required to cancel or reschedule a designated appointment, and that a $50
cancellation/rescheduling fee will be applied if client fails to cancel or reschedule within the specific time frame.
If client fails to show, the full service fee of the appointment will be charged to the client.
It is the clients responsibility to call, text, or email theMEDibar when they need to modify their appointment to avoid the cancellation/rescheduling or no show fee.
As a courtesy, we will send email reminder/SMS message to confirm your service prior to your appointment date.
If part of a membership program, and client wishes to cancel the membership they must continue to pay for 3 months after date of the last membership service.
